The following rules will apply, and by submitting your details on the seperate entry forms, you are aggreeeing to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility Requirements:
Residency and Age: This competition is limited to residents of Australian or New Zealand only) and requires entrants to be 18 years of age or older at time of the draw
Exclusions: Employees and their immediate families of the promoters (Planetdwellers, New York State Tourism, Delta Airlines, Long Island Tourism) and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

Competition Dates:
Competition Opens: 1200, February 14th, 2026 and closes 1200, Monday 2nd March, 2026 (AEDT)
These dates only define the start and end dates and times of the promotional period, with no extensions permitted.
Entry Limits: One standard entry is permitted per person with the exception of those who complete the questions on the bonus entry, after reading the Gaydream Island Event page, and hitting the entry button located hidden on the page.
This then allows a maximum of 11 standard entries, including the first entry, per person.
Prize Details and Limitations:
Prize Inclusions:
The prize includes 2 x Adult standard economy return tickets from Sydney to New York City, with Delta Airlines, subject to availability across a range of dates.
There are blackout dates which apply, applicable by the airline at the time of the request, subject to availability based on Delta Airlines economy "T" Class availability only.
These dates will be approved by Delta AIrlines Australia, with arrangements between the winner and Delta, via Planetdwellers Travel Tours and Events.
The airline tickets include one piece of checked baggage per person at 23kgs, and one piece of carry-on baggage per person, at 7kg.
Any additional baggage in each direction will be at the winners personal expense.
Upgrades may be available at the winners additional expense to be advised at time of booking.
Frequent flyer bonuses will not be applicable for the prize tickets.
The promoters take no responsibility for the accuracy of the Dela Airlines tickets, availability or included baggage of the travel dates supplied by the winner
2 nights accommodation on Long Island courtesy of Discover Long Island (terms and conditions apply, subject to availability)
A further AUD$1000.00 voucher for use on travel booked, confirmed and supplied by Planetdwellers will be included, subject to availability of choices and options available at time of selection.
A detailed itinerary planning session with one of our expert Planetdwellers Agents will be included, free of charge, of up to one hour, to advise on routes and inclusions.
This can be in person or via online portal, within the hours of 0900-1700 Monday to Friday, AEDT, or by prior arrangement outside of these times, subject to availability.

Exclusions: Travel insurance, visas, transport to the departure airport, extra meals, and incidental costs are the responsibility of the winner.
Prize Value: The total maximum value of the prize is AUD$8946.00 (as at competition date of 14th February, 2026)
Winner Selection and Notification:
Draw Details:
The Draw will take place as a random draw, in the offices of Planetdwellers Travel, Tours and Events, at 12.30pm, on Wednesday 4th March, at Shop 1, 113-115 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010
The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone, within 24 hours of the draw.
Unclaimed Prizes:
Should the winner be unable or unwilling to accept the prize, within a window of two weeks after the draw, a subsequent prize draw will take place immediately upon advice from the original winner, with notification being made within 24 hours by phone/email.
General Conditions:
Availability: Travel is subject to availability and may have blackout periods (e.g., school holidays, public holidays) to be advised by Delta upon request.
Non-Transferable: Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or altered, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Documentation: The winner and companion are responsible for having a valid passport (usually with 6 months validity) and any required visas or health documentation.
